Don’t have enough time to fit in a workout? Think again. 10 Minute Solution is a series of exercise videos designed for those short on time to help you make the most of your workout time. Each of the 10 Minute Solution workouts consists of five 10-minute segments that can be used individually or mixed-and-matched for a longer workout. 10 Minute Solution: Rapid Results Fat Burner, led by Cat Chiarelli, includes five fat blasting routines designed to give you rapid results.
10 Minute Solution: Rapid Results Fat Burner consists of five cardio workouts: Power Sports Drills, Extreme Intervals, Low Impact Fat blaster, Rapid Results Kickboxing, and Cardio Max.
Power Sports Drills – After a brief warm-up, Cat leads you into five different sports drills from the soccer field to the volleyball court; from the basketball court to the hockey rink with volleyball spikes, soccer kicks and fast feet moves to get your heart rate up.
Extreme Intervals – This section consists of high intensity, easy to execute moves for fifteen seconds followed by an equal amount of active recovery. Some of the moves you’ll find in this section include: squat jumps followed by slow squats; high knee power skips with slow high knee to chest as active recovery; jump split squats with subsequent slow alternating lunges; skater hops followed by slow skater steps.
Low Impact Fat Blaster – In this section, Cat kicks up the heat old-school with basic low-impact floor aerobics moves. Here you’ll find mambos and pivots, grapevines and V-steps. Cat puts together two five-minute mini-routines.
Rapid Results Kickboxing – A brief thirty second warm-up is followed by several mini kickboxing combinations. The combinations include kicks, punches, and boxer shuffles.
Cardio Max - Here you will find two five-minute routines with a mix of aerobic and athletic moves. The routines are set up with the moves building in intensity.
