Core Transformer 3D 1,000 Calorie Burn Workout Details and Review
What’s the secret to flat abs? The secret to flat abs lies in a calorie burning, fat melting workout and a strength training workout to hone in on the core and abdominals. With the Core Transformer and 3D 1,000 Calorie Burn workout, Linda LaRue has created a workout system that delivers, in one efficient cardio and core workout, what used to take two workouts to achieve. The Core Transformer is a cardio core sculpting tool that strengthens and tones the entire body and zeros in on the core and abdominal muscles. The 3D 1,000 Calorie Burn workout, along with the Core Transformer resistance tubing, combines resistance training with cardio and delivers a calorie blasting aerobic workout at the same time.
The Core Transformer is made from the highest professional quality rubber from sustainable rubber trees in Mexico, so it is eco-friendly. It is designed with hand grips and Velcro straps that wrap around your feet. The Core Transformer engages your core, challenges your upper and lower body simultaneously and allows you to exercise at a calorie-burning rate.
The 3D 1,000 Calorie Burn workout consists of three total body workouts: 3D Burn Express, a twenty minute workout; 3D Burn, a forty minute workout; and 3D Burn Challenge, a sixty minute workout. In this workout, Linda LaRue is joined by two other exercisers, one of which is a background exerciser with Linda and, Raneir, who leads the workout. Linda shows beginner modifications for the workout. You will only need the Core Transformer to complete the workout. The 3D 1,000 Calorie Burn is an easy to follow workout with simple choreography and virtually no impact yet the addition of the Core Transformer elevates the heart rate and gives you an efficient and effective total body workout.
Core Transformer classes are currently offered at the Woodland Hills Equinox. However, beginning in January 2011, Crunch Gyms will be offering the premier group exercise Transformer class. To learn more about Linda LaRue or The Core Transformer, visit the website. You can also find Linda LaRue and The Core Transformer on Facebook.

Instead of all that high-impact, intensive aerobic work you’d also do, the CORE TRANSFORMER® is virtually a zero impact workout. This sounds great. I have bad knees and would love to try this. Thanks.

It’s basically zero impact. Which would be GREAT for me, since I have some serious joint pain problems (some days I can literally barely walk and have to crawl on hands and knees…). I’ve been wanting to try a system like this.
