If you have been following my blog for awhile, it should come as no surprise that I am a fan of Jessica Smith and her workouts. Jessica Smith is a certified wellcoach, personal trainer and fitness instructor. She is a favorite trainer on ExerciseTV, has been featured in many Women’s Health workouts, as well as the popular 10 Minute Solution series, and is now the creator of her newest workout series 10 Pounds Down.
