If you have been following my blog for awhile, it should come as no surprise that I am a fan of Jessica Smith and her workouts. Jessica Smith is a certified wellcoach, personal trainer and fitness instructor. She is a favorite trainer on ExerciseTV, has been featured in many Women’s Health workouts, as well as the popular 10 Minute Solution series, and is now the creator of her newest workout series 10 Pounds Down.

In addition to new workouts, Jessica Smith is also offering everyone a chance to be a part of the 10 Pounds Down group. With the session beginning today, April 4th, the 10 Pounds Down group provides motivation, accountability and advice on how to lose that last 10 pounds, one pound at a time. Jessica guides the participants offering workouts, a fitness plan, tips and challenges. And best of all, it is free to join the group.
