The Hollywood Trainer Weight Loss Plan Workout DVD includes the two circuit workouts – Circuit A and Circuit B plus the Core routine. The Circuit A workout hits the chest, triceps and booty. The Circuit B workout targets the Back, Biceps and Thighs. Each of the circuit workouts is based on high repetition, lower resistance training to elevate the heart rate, burn calories and aid in weight loss. The two circuit workouts are alternated with a Cardio Burn workout (not on the DVD), done on days one and three of each week. The Cardio Burn workout is an interval workout alternating high intensity bursts with lower intensity recovery. The Cardio Burn workout includes twelve progressively challenging levels depending on your physical abilities.
