The Ultra Fat Burning Workout Review and Details

The Ultra Fat Burning Workout is a forty minute interval workout that incorporates cardio, plyometrics, strength training and sports conditioning into one super-efficient workout. Led by Cindy Whitmarsh, The Ultra Fat Burning workout is a fast-moving, energetic and effective workout designed to burn fat and sculpt muscles. In the workout Cindy is joined by three background exercisers, one of which demonstrates beginner modifications while another shows advanced options. For the workout you will need a stability ball, a medicine ball, a jump rope and a set of dumbbells. Modifications are also shown using no equipment.

The Ultra Fat Burning Workout begins with a brief yet thorough warm-up and a few light stretches. After the warm-up, the workout transitions to the first cardio sequence which includes jumping rope, side hops and medicine ball tosses. Each exercise is performed for thirty to sixty seconds and then the circuit is repeated two more times. The cardio sequences are then alternated with a toning segment; first up, shoulders. Cindy chooses three shoulder exercises which she supersets to thoroughly fatigue the muscle. The next cardio section again includes basic athletic cardio exercises – burpees, side hops with medicine ball and fast feet drills – again performed as a circuit and repeated two times. Biceps are targeted in the next toning segment again done as a superset. In the next two segments, Cindy combines cardio and toning with mountain climbers, pushups, split jumps, side lunges and standing abdominals with the medicine ball. The final toning segment is performed with the stability ball and zeroes in on glutes, abdominals and triceps. The workout concludes with an invigorating stretch.

    This is actually an older workout. The back of the DVD case says 2007. Cindy is actually currently pregnant but says she will be putting out some new workouts shortly after.
