Review: ExerciseTV The Butt Bible with Pauline Nordin

ExerciseTV has been bringing top-notch workouts to its viewers since 2006. Workouts are available streaming from their website, through OnDemand TV and to purchase on DVD. The workouts on ExerciseTV range from ten to sixty minutes, from cardio to strength, from upper body to lower body and from beginners to advanced. Now, ExerciseTV brings it all together in its latest release, The Butt Bible.

The Butt Bible Review and Details

The Butt Bible, featuring Pauline Nordin, is a 3-DVD complete fitness system that includes six circuit style workouts. With three workouts for the upper body and three for the lower body, these workouts take you from beginner level intensity all the way up to advanced. Pauline Nordin leads the workout and is joined by two background exercisers. For the workout you will need dumbbells, a body bar and a chair. A mat is optional depending on your workout surface. Also available for use in conjunction with the DVDs, is a 6-week workout calendar and a healthy meal plan to optimize results.

The Butt Bible is Pauline Nordin’s first project with ExerciseTV. Though a newcomer to ExerciseTV, Pauline comes from a background in personal training and is well-known from the Nordic-version of the popular “The Biggest Loser” TV show. Pauline has designed each of the workouts to efficiently build muscle, build cardio endurance and burn fat and calories. She made the workouts to be accessible to everyone, from beginners to hardcore athletes alike, all with one goal in mind – sculpting an amazing backside. Each of the upper and lower body workouts begins with a beginner level twenty minute workout and the workouts progressively increase in intensity and duration with a thirty minute intermediate workout and a forty minute level three, advanced workout. The rotation calendar is set up to use the Level 1 workouts for two weeks, progress to Level 2 for two weeks and culminate the six-week rotation with Level 3 for two weeks.

The Butt Bible is currently available on ExerciseTV On Demand, through ExerciseTV premium subscription or as a 3-DVD set for 24.99.
